Brown meat in 12 inch dutch oven. No grease or oil necessary, as the meat will yield all you need. Add onions, and celery to meat and saute with meat until tender, add cream soup, wocestershire, salt and pepper to taste.
Add 2 cups of cheddar cheese and melt into the meat. After melted remove from dutch oven and wipe out oven. Put a layer of tater tots in bottom of oven and add back the meat sauce on top of the tater tots, then top off with another layer of tater tots, and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. 350 is about 10 briquettes on bottom and 14 to 15 on top. After 45 minutes add the 2 cups of american cheese, (or cheese of your choice) to the top of the tater tots, cover and continue baking at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Cherry Pineapple Dump Cake
1 Can dark cherry pie filling
1 Can crushed pinapple w/ juice undrained
1 pkg. Butter Pecan Cake Mix
2 sticks butter
1/2 cup crushed pecans
Directions:
In 10 inch dutch oven, lightly butter bottom and sides of oven. Dump Cherry pie filling and Crushed pineapples into bottom of dutch oven. "Dump cake mix (DRY) on top of pie filling. Leave it alone! Do not stir! Cut butter into pats and spread them around on top of the cake mix and bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes until cake mix appears done.
