What We Do

We are a Chapter of the  Lone Star Dutch Oven Society.  We are promoting, and attempting to keep alive, the art of Black Pot Dutch Oven Cooking.  We do this by holding D O G s.  A DOG is Dutch Oven Gathering.  A group of friends gather to fellowship, cook, eat, and just enjoy the day.  In our website you will find maps to our DOG locations, recipes, photos, and information about when we are holding our next DOG.  Welcome!
